Shipping
All items will be shipped one day after receipt of a cleared payment, if product is on back order an option of another ship
date will be provided or a full refund will be given at the same format of payment receipt, upon customer choice. The Custom Spot usually
list items which are always in stock and ready to ship, however sometimes certain item may be out of stock or just under production
delay if you would like you can use the contact us tab in our store page to verify product availability. Products will be shipped
from different locations through the US therefore sometimes shipping will take longer or items will arrive from couple different locations.
All
items must be inspected upon receipts, to ensure none crushed or damaged packaging. If boxes are damaged or open we encourage you
to refuse the package (do not refuse a complete shipment due to one damaged box. only refuse the damaged package) a new item will
be shipped immediately upon notification.
If express shipping desired by customer, please contact us for quotes. All types of shipping
are available. All orders will be shipped regular ground unless specified other wise.
Returns
All damaged items must be reported
within 24 hours of product receipts via email. All damaged product will be replaced at no charge and will be shipped free of charge
once received in original packaging and inspected by our staff. Product must be shipped to The Custom Spot 491 W. Bristol Road,Warwick, PA 18974 prepaid by the customer within 3 working days of goods receipts. The Custom Spot reserve the rights not to
honor warranty, exchange or refund for items which are not reported and shipped within the grace period of our policy. Refund
will not be issued for damaged product all others will apply a 25% restocking fee. No refund or exchange will be made on vanities
and mirrors purchases due to weight and shipping cost. Any orders valued at $500.00 or above will be shipped at no charge, orders
under $500.00 will have none refundable shipping charges. All refunds will be applied to product cost only; shipping charges
on the order will not be credited to returns.
Stain & Color matching
The Custom Spot, Inc. offers a wood product which is
ready to be stained or painted; any staining or color matching could be done upon final approval by the customer. Sample must be provided
by customer in order for The Custom Spot to make a match (sample must be 8" x 8" min). Upon receipt of sample The Custom Spot will
make up another 8" x 8" sample, which then will be shipped back to customer with the proper forms for final approval. If sample is
not approved an additional sample will be made by The Custom Spot. A small fee will be applied to a canceled order of stain or color
match, in order to cover the cost of shipping and sample match. This fee will be waived if product is ordered and approved by customer.
Please allow 10 working days to make up a color / stain match. All sales of stained or color matched products must be paid before
production and are final. No exchange, refund or replacement will be allowed.
